You don’t need a gym membership, except for the Booty Bootcamp and Body Recomp Blueprint programs. Every other program I offer includes both home and gym options, and I’ll tailor your workouts based on what equipment (if any) you have access to. Whether you’re training in your living room or lifting in a full gym, you’ll have a plan that works for you.
