I first found out about Karli when I saw a mutual friend we had post something about how her life changed after having Karli as a coach. I had been thinking about doing a program with a personal trainer for a while, but I just didn't know how to go about getting one that really went with my goals and beliefs about health and fitness. I've always been interested in health and fitness, and want to be a personal trainer as well, so when I saw everything Karlis program was about I was really interested! I followed her on Instagram for a while and I pondered on whether to message her about starting her program, but I was too nervous to reach out. One day she posted some multiple choice questions on her story and I answered them. The next day I had gotten a message from her asking if I'd be interested in having a coach. I thought "this cant be a coincidence".
Over the past 3 months she has helped me tremendously! I knew a few things about health and fitness from a PT/nutrition course I took 2 years ago, but I wasn't very familiar with the gym or equipment. When I first joined the program I also knew nothing about how to create workout or nutrition plans that would actually help me reach my goals. My goals when starting this were to become more confident in going to the gym, learn how to put plans together to see results, and learn more about not only taking care of our bodies, but our minds as well. Karli exceeded more than what I hoped to get out of this program.
Karli has helped me with all my goals and so much more! She has helped me understand that you can still live your life, do fun things, to still go out to eat or have ice cream, while still balancing a healthy lifestyle. She's helped me learn that being healthy doesn't mean we should diet ourselves and never eat sweets, that fitness and health shouldn't be just about losing some weight, or doing a diet/program for a few months, but that your health is a forever thing, so why not take care of it?
I have grown so much with this program and have obtained so much knowledge about how to balance a healthy lifestyle, ive seen huge results in the gym, and I've learned how to balance my food intake with what results I'm looking to see. I feel more confident about becoming a personal trainer in the future now that I have a better understanding. I received a lot of support from my family, my fiancé, and of course Karli. She helped me with weekly goals, getting back into a routine, setting nutrition goals, and getting 1% better every day, and if I had something stressing me out that week she had the best advice.
What surprised me the most about the program was the amount of resources that came with it, and how affordable it is compared to other places that may have even less resources offered.

I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to better themselves physically and mentally, who's looking to understand their bodies in a new way, looking to find a routine with fitness, or to women who are looking for someone who understands women's health with fitness. It's just an all around excellent program and I am so glad I got to be a part of it.
