My whole life I have always done the quick and easy fad diets. I’ve tried them all because I wanted a quick fix. After talking to my brother about wanting to learn how to properly eat and know what I’m putting in my body he mentioned he had a friend Karli who was very intelligent and coached for a living. After getting in touch with Karli, and talking to her once I knew she and I would get along great. She was very easy to talk to and answered very question I had. After learning her goal is to help change your mindset around food and working out for life and not just to get to the results I wanted I was all in.

My over all goal was to get healthy but make it last. I learned quickly I was not eating enough food to sustain the energy level I needed in my day to day. But Instead of completely changing my lifestyle Karli worked hard to slowly create a positive mindset, explained why she was doing it a certain way, and encouraged me the entire time. But it isn’t always about food either, she checked in on my mental health and always had encouraging words or resources to help!

I now am almost to the end of my time with Karli and I can confidently say I no longer need to weigh every meal I have, I understand why and how to properly fuel my body, but the best part is I now have a completely different mindset on nutrition and food while being able to lose weight and become more toned!

I 100% would recommend any of my friends or someone is struggling to have a proper relationship with food and the gym to give Karli a shot!
