This guide aims to help you build muscle and become the strongest version of yourself! Remember that in order to build muscle we need to incorporate progressive overload, meaning you need to challenge your muscles each workout trying to increase weight (with good form of course). You will also need to make sure you are eating a sufficient amount of calories and lots of protein!!
